Fedil Employment Services

In accordance with its statutes, FEDIL Employment Services is an association whose purpose is to promote and defend the professional interests of its members. FEDIL Employment Services brings together both independent companies and companies belonging to international groups active in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. FEDIL Employment Services today brings together the temporary work sector and the recruitment sector. FEDIL Employment Services is an active member of the WORLD EMPLOYMENT CONFEDERATION (WEC). FEDIL Employment Services, created in 1994 under the name Union Luxembourgeoise des Entreprises de Travail Interimaire (ULEDI), is the organization that brings together temporary work companies established in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Although membership is voluntary for each entrepreneur in the sector, FEDIL Employment Services represents nearly 70% of the sector. Founded in 1918, FEDIL is a multisectoral business federation giving a voice to industrials and entrepreneurs, fostering Luxembourg’s economy. Regarding Luxembourg's economy, the FEDIL member companies represent 95% of Luxembourg's industrial production 75% of Luxembourg's private research activity 35% of the national GDP 25% of national employment FEDIL is a federation with an entrepreneurial spirit, resolutely proactive and oriented towards the future. Our main objective is to provide high-quality support for our members by creating a dynamic network. In order to create the best synergies around our members'? developing projects, we promote a constructive dialogue with the national stakeholders of the Luxembourgish ecosystem as well as internationally. At an international level, FEDIL is affiliated to BusinessEurope (www.businesseurope.eu) and has a representative office in Brussels. As an organisation representing Luxembourgish employers, it further participates in the activities of the International Labour Conference (ILO) in Geneva, the Organisation of Employers (IOE), and the Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD (BIAC). By supporting our members of today and tomorrow during their decision-making process and development towards the future, we contribute to the sustainable growth of our country and to make Luxembourg the best place for business.
